Have you ever wanted to be the fly in the soup? Mangowood gives you the chance…more like a fly on the wall though. Go behind the scenes and experience the energy, the personalities, the action and dynamics of the show behind the show. On particularly busy nights the pace is exciting and fun. On slower nights you will have more one on one time with the Chef (although on any night she is only a few feet from your table and is very accessible). Every night is different. Each night the kitchen is a live performance. The Chef – the maestro. The Staff – the ensemble. The Guests – an interactive audience. The Goal – A delicious dining experience. You have a back stage pass and a private kitchen table to watch as the drama unfolds and everyone works to stay in harmony to create the perfect meal for you and our Dining Room guests.
Mangowood Chef’s Table can accommodate parties of 2-4 and includes a family style menu with wine pairings. You will sample a variety of offerings from each of our course selections along with possible off menu items that Chef Tan is creating. While preparing the evening’s entrees Chef Tan will be available for questions. Please feel free to interact with all staff and wander throughout the kitchen and visit the various prep stations between courses. Mangowood Chef’s Table is available by advance reservation only…$125 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Available to groups of 6 or more this select tasting menu offers an array of some of Chef Tan’s most inspired and favorite creations and is exquisitely paired with our favorite wines. Invite your friends to join you and experience an evening that is nothing short of a culinary adventure where every bite is a taste to remember. $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
